The bitch is back!
Heather Locklear returns to play the conniving vixen, Amanda Woodward on Wednesday April 21st.
In the season finale of the original series Amanda and her boyfriend Peter Burns faked their deaths and relocated to a tropical island but Amanda isn’t the kind of girl who can just sit on a beach all day long and watch the waves. She needs the kind of action and drama that only Melrose Place can provide.
Returning to LA as Ella’s boss, her presence in town is soon felt as she shakes thing up at WPK and then moves into Sydney’s old penthouse apartment.
Has Island Life changed Amanda? Not one bit! The new residents had better watch their backs!
Locklear joined the popular 1990s series of Melrose Place at the end of season one and stayed on throughout the series’ successful seven-year run. She joins original cast mates Laura Leighton, Thomas Calabro, Josie Bisset and Daphne Zuniga.
Almost 20 years after Melrose Place first aired, C4 brings you the eagerly anticipated brand new series!

Set in the original Spanish-style LA apartment, the residents are a close-knit bunch, living together, dating each other and framing each other for murder.
Sydney Andrews is the landlady, who is very much a central figure in the lives of all her tenants, especially the handsome and rebellious David Breck (Shaun Sipos, "Shark").
Sydney started an affair with David despite her turbulent history with his estranged father, Dr. Michael Mancini (Thomas Calabro, the original "Melrose Place"). Both father and son learned through experience that Sydney was not above using blackmail to control people.
Another tenant, high-powered publicist
Ella Simms (Katie Cassidy, “Harpers Island" & "Supernatural"), once considered Sydney her mentor, but their friendship was destroyed by betrayal, and Sydney threatened to evict Ella and ruin her career.
Sydney also played a pivotal role in the career of
Auggie Kirkpatrick (Colin Egglesfield, "All My Children"). After they met at an AA meeting, she became Auggie's sponsor and encouraged his dream to become a chef. Now a successful sous chef at the trendy restaurant Coal, Auggie has been avoiding Sydney since she began drinking again.
The other tenants include
Lauren Yung (Stephanie Jacobsen, "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles"), a medical student in desperate need of money to pay her student loans, and Jonah Miller (Michael Rady, "Swingtown"), an aspiring filmmaker who has just proposed to his girlfriend
Riley Richmond (Jessica Lucas, "Cloverfield"), a first-grade teacher.
The newest tenant, 18-year-old
Violet Foster (Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, "7th Heaven"), has just arrived in LA with her own secret connection to Sydney. When a bloody body is found floating in the courtyard pool, David is the leading suspect. However, as the police soon discover, almost everyone living at Melrose Place had a reason to want the deceased out of the way.
