The Music store is powered by Vodafone Music.

What happens when I click the ‘BUY’ button?After clicking the ‘BUY’ button on C4 VSL’s music store,
You will be redirected to the ‘My Vodafone’ log-in page. You simply need to enter your ‘My Vodafone’ log-in details, or press ‘Register’ if you are a first time user.
Once you have logged in, go back to the music item you want to buy a click ‘BUY’ again. A new window uploads which is the track/ tone or album you want to buy. This time you are on a page hosted by Vodafone Music.
You will see the track or album artwork and a BUY & PREVIEW button.
Click PREVIEW to listen to the track. Click the red ‘BUY’ button to confirm you want to purchase it.
Once the purchase is complete you can click on the website banner to return to C4s website.
How long does it take to download an album?The album size can be between 50 – 150 MB with excellent quality mp3s which have a file size of approx 3 - 6MB each.
When you download an album ensure you have between 20 - 60 mins to allow the download to process (times are estimates and are dependent on your internet connection).
How can I get the music I bought online on my phone?Once the purchase is completed you will receive a TXT message to your mobile so you can follow the link and download the tracks you have bought online straight to your phone at no extra cost for the track.
When you download music to your phone casual data rates apply ($1/day for 10MB or data plan rates apply if you are on a plan).

How can I get an mp3 of the tracks I bought?Once your purchase of a track or album is completed you can click on ‘my music’ in the purchase confirmation sentence on screen; or go to 'My Vodafone', then click 'My Music'.
‘My Music’ is your online library of all your purchased mp3s. These mp3s can be played on any mp3 player, including mobile phones, iPods & computers.
It’s very handy because you can download the mp3 you have bought as many times as you need to. If you loose your phone with all your music on it you can log-in to ‘My Music’ and download it again.
What happens if an error occurs and my download fails or I cannot complete my purchase?There are a few reasons why a download may fail.
If you're downloading to your mobile, you might be out of range, or the network might be too busy. You need to be in 3G coverage to download music.
If you're downloading to your PC, the internet connection may be slow and cause a ‘time out’, or there could be a system issue. Whatever the reason, don't worry, once you've purchased the song or album you can try downloading it again by going to:
