Drew Neemia

Drew Neemia is the face of C4’s afternoon show Select Live.

Since starting at C4 in May 2009, Drew reckon’s he’s been able to do some pretty cool stuff!

“Since starting at C4 in May, I’ve been able to do some pretty cool stuff! Like riding in a helicoptor, talking to 50 Cent on the phone (which is counted as being a proper interview by the way), got to interview one of the biggest bands in the world – Muse, and get to do a really wicked job on a daily basis!”

Drew will be familiar to many viewers, having featured in more than 20 commercials. He's performed at Christmas in the Park 6 years running, and hosted children's television show Sticky TV for the past 3 years. Drew’s performing career began with McDonalds Young Entertainers - on which he was a 'super trouper' in the late 90's. In 1998 he was cast as Drogo in The Legend of William Tell.

Drew is an all singing, all dancing, back flipping talent!

When it comes to music, Drew's taste is broad. He loves everything from Usher to System of a Down and Jeff Buckley in between!

What up people?

Sorry I haven't put a blog up for a bit. It's been crazy busy with the music awards and all!

What do you think of the new set?

For everyone who is tripping about Tokio Hotel being removed from the playlist.............what are you talking about? None of the songs have been removed.
TH are currently the winner of "Contender/Defender".

If you really like a song that you've seen on C4........to get it played on "Select", just text the word "Play" followed by the name of the song and who it's by to "4440" and we'll do our best to play it.

the new set looks good...keep the colors allwaayys...bright colors are awsome...like..florecent...and ..bright blue,pink,green,yellow, it stands out and just looks modern and dancey..lol..like lmfao..i think thats how you spell it?love their sonds..lol

I think the new set is awsome !
The old one was grovy but this is more modern !
And drew you wear the coolest clothes .
I was so bumbed when I herd the Jermain was going and then I watched Sticky and you were leaving and I was like "What the heck?!" but the you went to c4 ! Yay !

set is ok but the presenter dont cut it. ir humour is dry and ur not getting any better with time. its putting me off this programme seriously. great singer tho just not a presenter. the other dude was funny and more natural. sorry bowt it but everyone i know thinks the same!! changing channel now

I love the tokio hotel song i think i like the old set better so then you can see what songs there are on the bottom of the screen but i like the way you can text .

Hey drew! I've voted for a few songs... but I've heard from friends that C4 didn't play it!! I've txted for Florence And The Machine - Drumming Song and Bat For Lashes - Prescilla and many other songs i cant be bothered mentioning.. but i havent seen them on SL yet? Whats goin on? I dont care about the other songs ive requested... but cmon!! i wanna see just those 2 songs, Florence And The Machine and Bat For Lashes!! (sadly, but im being honest about it... im STILL trying to learn to like you) Peace!

Hey Drewbie (looks like youve gt a new nick name!) the shows awsome bt i jst hav 2 say, To be honest the lead singer frm tokio hotel DOES look lyk a chick! not a half bad singer though. And One republic's new song is pretty cool. :) i didn't get to hear all of it but it sounds good.
